Rain Check Policy

If we complete round one of your class we’re calling it a race. Payouts will be split.

If we do not complete round one, it’s a rain out and your tech card for that day will become a credit.

For example, if we race Saturday and rain out Sunday you now have a credit of 1. So, on the next race weekend only buy one tech card.

We will not issue refunds.

Any unused tech card credits will be held till the end of the season.

Bonus race tech cards will be sold onsite after Rd 1 is complete.

Awards Banquet 2023

The 2023 Awards Banquet is scheduled for November 18, 2023, at the Dugout Bar and Grill Cocktails start at 5:00 pm (Extra - not included with your tickets) Dinner is at 6:00 pm and Awards are at 7:30 pm. Door prizes will be drawn throughout the evening. The buffet-style dinner includes:

Mashed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables and Roll

Dessert
